Integration System-Electronic Measuring Based on USB3.0Virtual instrument technology is combined with the instrument science and computer science,and is also the combination of information technology and instrumentation technology.It was widely used in product development of automatic test system and other fields.Jilin University independently developed a virtual instrument integration system-electronic measuring for experimental teaching in colleges and universities.In view of the current problems of the system,that the system will come down after it works for a long time and the data will be lost when there are amass of data,this paper presents that redesigning controller of this system,which integrates USB3.0,ARM9,FPGA,Lab VIEW and other technologies.The program focuses on FPGA chip EP3C16F484C8 N and USB3.0 chip CYUSB3014 two core chip to design hardware circuit,including power supply circuit,external clock circuit,configuration circuit,USB3.0 interface circuit,CYUSB3014 and FPGA interface circuit,address decoding Unit and other circuits.The logic program of FPGA is designed by Quartus II software,including dual-port RAM communication unit of controller and function board,frequency multiplication and division of clock signal,and so on.It realizes interrupt processing,synchronization triggering,clock generation and monitoring.In the Eclipse IDE platform,FX3 firmware and device drivers was developed to complete the device enumeration and initialization,endpoint configuration,GPIF II configuration.Using Lab VIEW software to design a human-computer interface with the application program,using VC ++ 6.0 software programming and generate a dynamic link library.The application calls the dynamic link library through the CLF node to communicate with the USB 3.0 interface,completes the command and the news transmission,analysis,and then controls the work of each modular instrument.After the completion of the controller design,through the design of Lab VIEW application to test communication of controller and other functional board communication to verify the feasibility of the program.The experimental results show that the scheme is feasible and achieves the effect of enhancing the stability of the system and improving the bandwidth of the bus.
