This paper introduces the domestic and overseas research background and the develop trend of machine gun and Remoto Weapons Station, and analyzes the structure of machine gun in detail.On the base of the classical interior ballistics theory, weapon aerodynamics theory and multi-degree rigid-body kinetics theory and machine gun system in Remoto Weapons Station for object of study, The motion of single-shoot and multi-shoot are analyzed in detail and in the different height angle of fire launch 3D mathematics model of this machine gun is built up.Base on the mathematics model, the dynamics simulation and optimize software of the machine gun system in Remoto Weapons Station is developed in VB language. Through the friendly man-machine interactive interface, the machine gun system dynamics computation and simulation was carried on, and obtained the massive computed result data and the curve. Analysis result curve, find out the primary structure parameter to this machine gun system automaton movement influence rule.At the end of this paper, the machine gun system in Remoto Weapons Station was worked on the multi-objective optimization design and select the tremendous influence design parameter to this machine gun systems synthesis performance for the design variable, establish objective function, compilation optimization procedure, get the corresponding optimized result data. |
