Hypersonic vehicle technology is a new research subject in near space exploration area, aiming to the complex flight environment and special task need, how to design a flight control system effectively is a key issue of the whole space activities successful or not. This paper based on the generic hypersonic vehicle model for the study, mainly research the relevant control on two major constraints(disturbances and windup) for flight performance.First of all, the generic hypersonic vehicle longitudinal model and its stability was studied. Through figuring out the balance mode in the flight envelope so that the linear model was obtained and verified that the public generic hypersonic vehicle model is reasonable. based on the linear model, the open-loop system character was analyzed, and the pole assignment control was designed to analyze vehicle cloose-loop system stability.Secondly, based on the hypersonic vehicle longitudinal linear model as the circumstances of regular direct flights, the robust control issues for the uncertainty disturbances were studied. Aiming to the disturbances in different circumstances, LQG and H infinity robust controller were designed respectively, and the two methods were compared. simulation showed that the latter controller is superior to the former in inhibiting the bounded disturbances.Finally, based on the hypersonic vehicle longitudinal linear model as the circumstances of regular direct flights, using the combination design ideas with LQR and anti-windup compensation , the anti-windup control issue for the input non-linear windup was studied. LQR controller design ensures that the nominal closed-loop system of no non-linear windup possess good performance, while when the windup produced, anti-windup compensation modified the feedback terms on-line so that it makes the nominal controller output return to linear work region and maintain as the nominal systems output performance. In addition, anti-windup control system can also provide some measure of robustness. simulation showed that the design of this method is effective.
