As a kind of power device, switching power supply has been more and more widely used in the computer, telecommunication, railway, aerospace, and domestic appliance. In order to improve the quality and stability of switching power supply, domestic and international factories use aging test to achieve these performances and find the early failure of switching power supply. China is the largest country that produces and manufactures lower-power supply in the world. The fact that plentiful power supply use resistors to deplete the energy in aging test, not only results in huge energy waste, but also has a bad adaptability for the test of different capacity power supply. Therefore, the study of more economization and adaptability of the energy-saving aging system is the main significance.Aging energy-collect has some difficulties in the lower-power supply, the paper has provided a new solution of energy-saving aging system which contains parallel current-sharing and phase tracking PWM inverter technology. Series-parallel circuit of voltage source has solved the problem that a single power supply is not suitable for energy feedback. Current closed loop tracking control circuit is designed to resolve the balance of power distribution. PWM rectifier works in the inverter state, so it is used to feedback the energy to the power grid. The AC current and AC voltage has the same frequency and phase to assure the power quality.The state-space averaging model and small-signal linear model is established in the paper. Through Matlab/SIMULINK power system toolbox, the variety of working conditions was simulated. The simulation system has rapid response, small oscillation, strong anti-disturbance capacity, steady operation. On the basis of the simulation results, hardware circuit was selected and designed, control procedures was programmed. And TMS320F2812 DSP control system hardware and dual-loop direct current control strategy was designed. Finally, a set of energy-saving aging experimental platform was established. The experimental results show that the system can control the aging system current accurately, parallel branch has the balance power distribution. The circuit can work in the unity power factor condition. Therefore, the system can achieve the purpose of economy, environmental protection, energy saving, high efficiency. So it deserves great popularization and application.
