| The bearing capacity of deep beam is determined by shear resistance. The essence of shear failure is caused by tension perpendicular to the cracks. The concrete's low tensile strength is enhanced finitely even with web reinforcements .However, loads on the transfer beam raises continuously. It can no longer meet the demands only by adding the height of cross-section.The author puts forward a new type of SRC deep beam, in which steel plates are arranged from load point to support point to enhance shear capacity of the deep beam. The main contents are as following:1. According to present research about the SRC deep beam and its transferring mechanism, a new type of SRC deep beam is designed,that is double steel plates are placed between the load point and support abutment.2. Based on the present analysis modes of beams' bearing capacity, such as beam-mode, truss-mode and strut-and-tie mode, the calculation formula of the test beams is presented.3. In order to verify the deduced formula, a three-factor and two-level orthogonal test of four new types of SRC beams is designed. According to test result of the deformation, the crack development and widths, the strain distribution in concrete, steel bar and steel reinforce, the working principle of steel reinforce concrete deep beam can be gotten.4. Data from three-factor and two-level orthogonal tests are compared with those from Ansys and the prediction formula. Another 9 new type of four-factor and three-level SRC deep beams are designed. The four factors include shear-span, ratio of tensile reinforcement and steel plate, ratio of compressive reinforcement and steel plate and spacing between outside margin of steel beams. All the data of calculation are compared with those of simulation, and the first test beam is emphasized. In the end of the paper an actual project is introduced in detail and its application prospective is discussed. |
