| Cars transportation wagon is a special kind of vechiles. With the development of cars industry in our country , the market of cars transportation is becoming larger and larger. Having more technique and economy advantages of transporting cars by railway, the more needs of railway transportation equipment is increasing. How to change the vacant stock cars into cars transportation wagons is studied in this paper, and the key technique problems of how to use the stock cars original structure and size to improve the cars loading rate are solved. Finally, the aims of reusing the vacant state-owned assets and increasing the quantity of cars transportation equipments are achieved.The developing course of the type J5SQ, a special wagon for cars transportation is expatiated in this paper. By analyzing the technical request of cars railway transportation, it comfirmed the method to improve the vehicle structure and the way of loading and tightly securing, it also put forward the key technique problems influencing the product properties and safety . In this paper, the selection of the vehicle's main technical parameters, the configuration of the brake system and the test of the bogie spring and the design of the key structure, are analysized and optimized in theory. By using the ANSYS software to calculate the strength and stiffness of the vehicle, according to the vehicle static state strength test, impact test and dynamics test, the changing of the vehicle structure is reasonable, and all the analysis or calculation in theory have been verified.At the end , the article concluds that the main structure of type J5SQ special wagon for cars transportation is reasonable. The inner space structure and the rotatable upper floors meet the needs of client. The whole structure of the vehicle , the strength and stiffness of the main components satisfy the request of TB/T 1335 < Railway vehicles—Specification for design of the strength and accreditation test>. The safty performance and stability performance of the vechile is satisfied to the requirement of GB5599-1985 < Railway vehicles—Specification for evaluation the dynamic performance and accreditation test> . |
