With the continuous improvement of living standards, microwave ovens have become an indispensable household appliances. For customers, the performance of the microwave oven there are increasingly required, such as more varieties of food, from heating of kinds of traditional food to production of food ,and barbecue and defrosting are required in the meantime, which demand microwave ovens must have more comprehensive and superior functions. All of these functions are dependent on the matching of microwave cavity and magnetron is good or bad. Even the microwave oven is full-featured , if the microwave cavity and magnetron are bad matched, it will not only fail to achieve the desired results, but also lead to spark, melt, over-leaking and over-heating on the anode of magnetron when the microwave is light loaded, which will seriously affect the normal work and life of the magnetron.. And matching state is good or bad largely depends on the size of cavity structure, waveguide and coupled windows, therefore, researching on the size and position of cavity and coupled windows and optimizing its design can improve Matching state of microwave oven and reduce bad phenomenon on production line such as spark, melt, over-leaking and over-heating, which is hoped to reduce the production cost and improve product profit.In this paper, the generation and transmission microwave, and the heating principle of microwave oven are simply related. Using simulation software CST ,the bad phenomenon on production line such as spark, melt ,over-leaking and over-heating on the anode of magnetron have been analyzed in detail and the microwave oven has been optimized. The main contents of this paper are:1. A detailed study of the reasons for the spark microwave ovens, and the coupled window of microwave oven have been optimized. The analysis of the causes of spark includes simulation analysis and experimental analysis. Through simulation analysis we obtained the matching of the microwave, and in the experimental analysis, spark-frequency testing is very important, and it is the innovation of this paper, which provides a good method for solving spark problem of the antenna apparatus of magnetron , and it also has guiding significance in engineering.2. Simulation analysis and optimized design for the choke structure. Through the choke structure modeling and simulation, this paper analysis the transmission coefficient of the choke structure when microwave flowing into the door of microwave oven and comparing the transmission coefficient before and after optimum design. The result of simulation and the experimental confirmed the feasibility of design optimization.3. A large number of experiments have been done strictly in accordance with the requirements of engineer after optimization design of the coupled window and the choke structure of microwave oven. Mass production has been realized and corresponding technical documents have been formed in the mean time.
