In this paper , the transmission characteristics of light-duty power-driven turf equipment are described. Based on these characteristics and the viewpoint of design methodology, a utility transmission mode for gear shifting boxes is developed with the introduction of elastic sliding key. Based on the three-dimensional model designing, the method of modern design is mastered, a brief analysis of the characteristic of elastic sliding key gear-shifting box and the its using in project is made, the characteristic of the new elastic sliding key gear-shifting box is introduced, and also the theory of the shifting, analysis of the characteristic of elastic sliding key gear-shifting framework is made. Because of the complex structure of this kind of gear-shifting box, effective CAD design method is the processing of designing.
