| The development of the electric vehicle has entered into a relatively mature stage.So to develop the quality of shifting gears for the electric vehicle with the automatic mechanical transmission(AMT)has been the focus of research both at home and abroad.If the electric vehicle with the AMT want to further improve its dynamic performance 、 economic performance and comfort performance.It must be to make the reasonable strategy for shifting gears.In this paper combine with the major science and technology projects of zhejiang province "The project of developing and industrialization for the automatic transmission with parking gear in the electric vehicle’s drive system" Taking the two-speed AMT as the research object Making the strategy about AMT in electric vehicle based on optimality theory.The purpose what is developing the comfort performance of the shifting process for the electric vehicle with AMT.The main contents in this paper are as follows:1、 Aiming at the characteristics of automatic mechanical transmission AMT,Analyzing the researching emphasis for the AMT in this current、the affecting factors for the shifting gears、the specific content of the gear-shifting control and the gear-shifting quality and so on.2、 Making the gear-shifting rule pattern based on two parameters.Taking a detailed analysis for the gear-shifting control content.To establish the dynamics equation of the stages in the gear-shifting process.Determine the drive motor speed regulation time.Analyzing the gear-picking process based on Minimum principle.Transforming the synchronization process into a linear quadratic problem then achieving the optimal solution and getting the optimal control regular 3、 Taking the simulation for the control strategy based on MATLAB/Simulink Establishing vehicle dynamics modeling and two gears AMT modeling then taking simulation Selecting the typical operating condition to test the correctness of the control strategy 4、 Conducting the AMT beach test and road test.Verifying the control performance of the AMT gear-shifting motor and gear-shifting process control logic.In order to achieving shorten the gears-shifting time,and reducing the impact of shift,and achieve the purpose that is improving the riding comfort of AMT electric vehicle at last. |
