Based on practical engineering background,the paper presents the research on the special frame structure system with integrated method of computer aided finite element analysis.The paper has investigated finite element theory and analyzed the frame structure characteristic by summarizing the practical project experience, established the reasonable finite element computing model, calculated the overall stress and strain distribution for the frame under multi-subcases and found out the relative weakness aeras through the modal analysis with Lanczos method,analyzed its transient response under impact load and the comparision between the result of finite element simulation and impact test shows that the curve trend of simulation and test is the same,evaluated the frame fatigue life and the frame structure doesn't damage after the stated cycles(design life),and finally take some concrete measures to modify the structure and the simulation results shows that the low rank mode increase a little and the higher stress decrease a lot,which abate the early damage resulted from local stress concentration in some extend.Simulation analysis to the large complex structures as frame with well-known integrated CAE software may be both reduce cycle time for production and economize manpower and material resourses.Meanwhile,the paper uses FEM successfully.Such an attempt is valuable in practical technology as well as in reference values.
