The center axle car is a special vehicle used for car transportation.The frame of the car is the key bearing part of the center axle car.The strength,stiffness and fatigue life of the frame directly determine the car.Performance.The light weight of the frame can improve the fuel economy of the vehicle and achieve the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction.At the same time,the light weight can also save costs and increase the bearing quality.Therefore,the research on the car frame is of great significance.In this paper,the center-axle car frame is used as the research object.First,the threedimensional modeling of the frame using Solidworks is carried out,and then the static analysis of the frame under full load bending,full load torsion and full load braking conditions is carried out The stress distribution and maximum stress area of the frame are deformed.A modal analysis of the frame is carried out to explore the vibration characteristics of the frame and provide a theoretical basis for avoiding frame resonance.Secondly,Adams is used to analyze the multi-body dynamics of the car frame,and the multi-body dynamics model of the car is established.The load time history and acceleration time history of the frame are obtained through simulation.At the same time,road tests were carried out on the sedan car to obtain acceleration data at various positions of the frame.After signal processing with Tecware software,the acceleration load spectrum of the frame was obtained.The acceleration load spectrum obtained from the test and dynamic simulation was compared to verify the power Learn the correctness of simulation.Thirdly,combining the finite element analysis file,fatigue load spectrum and material SN curve,using Ansys and Ncode to carry out fatigue life analysis on the car frame,to obtain the fatigue life distribution cloud map of the frame structure and the minimum fatigue load cycle number and the corresponding danger position.Finally,Ansys software is used to optimize the multi-target size of the car frame,with quality and fatigue life as the optimization targets,and steel plate thickness as the design variable.,Modal and fatigue life verification,the results show that: the optimized frame has achieved the purpose of light weight under the premise of ensuring fatigue life.
