This disseration combined with a small-spaced tunnel in weak rock at shallow depth named Guanchong Tunnel. The construction mechanics and measures are studied with geological forecast, numerical simulation, field monitoring and non-destructive monitoring. The main content includes followings:Firstly, construction difficulties are analyzed and contrermeasures are adopted, such as middle rock pillar strethenment, blasting and construction in weak rock;Secondly, comprehensive geological forecast system is established and is used to predict geology condition in gully section. Therefore some advice on construction are given.Thirdly, construction mechanics characters are studied using MIDAS to establish plane models and 3d model in IV rock and gully secion.Fourthly, the principle of monitoring for Guanchong Tunnel is put forward, some monitoring results are analyzed by constrast to numerical results.Finally, the principles of nondestructive monitoring on rockbolts and lining are anylsed with its application in Guanchong tunnel.Now Guanchong tunnel has been built. It shows that the construction method and technology raised in this disseration is reasonable and make a remarkable economy value and social effect. It can also provide some reference value to other similar projects. |
