| The steel - concretes composite open-web plate frame is one kind of new ceiling structure system, it is composed by the steel rib, the concrete slab and the steel pipe shearing force key. In this structure shear connector plays a very important role of resisting shearing force and pulling force, and it is the key components. In this paper, author develops two kinds of shear connector, pin shear connector and block according to the characteristic of steel - concretes composite open-web plate frame structure, and use the of trial and limit element analysis to study these two new shear connectors. First of all, hold three pushing test to these two kind of new shear connector, and make clear that under the vertical shear stress the role of the force, deformation characteristics, and around the damaged concrete shape. Secondly, make the vertical static test research based on the new shear connector of the steel-concretes composite open-web plate frame and study mainly on structure's energy dissipation ability and destruction condition of concrete and steel. Author uses finite element software ANSYS to study two kinds of new shear connector whose height are not same, at the same time, simulate two trial which just have been mentioned.Comparing the trial data to theory result and find out reason of why error appears. The research shows that two kinds of shear connectors display well under the load, they can make concrete part and steel part work together perfectly. The pin shear connector is unilateral component, while the block shear connector shows two dimensional characteristic especially when the added bar is used. Finite element analysis result inosculate trial data, and this means that finite element model is correct and effective. |
