Made both with the rigidity of a vehicle load, but also with the state body (body and wheels of vertical displacement, vertical acceleration), according to irregular changes in the traffic information to adjust the stiffness of SMA disk.Shape memory alloy (SMA) is the excellent performance of the drive. The composite material disk embedded within SMA can be bound to change the stiffness with the temperature. Lack of in-depth study of stiffness of the SMA disk, so set mechanical model of SMA disk. In MATLAB environment, the results revealed the law that temperature changes, SMA content, overlay approach to the impact of disk stiffness.In order to verify SMA disk mechanical model and the results, A SMA disk solid model have been established and been analyzed in the form of structure in the ANSYS environment. The stiffness values of SMA disk under three points of temperature have been calculated. By comparison, the disk stiffness value in ANSYS environment is the same as the results from stiffness formula derived by the mechanical model of disk.Traditional passive suspension system is simple, but only optimizes the compromise. Active Suspension System comfort and stability, but the complex structure, energy consumption, high costs and poor economy. Semi-active suspension system structure is relatively simple, high reliability and low energy consumption, performance tends to active suspension. Therefore, the semi-active suspension system technology has been attention by domestic and foreign scholars and vehicle developer. Semi-active suspension system based on the air spring, due to structural complexity and size of maintenance problems, causing difficulties layout, has been used by the majority of the vehicle largely.Based on the classic theory of isolation, modes of 1/4 vehicles passive suspension and of semi-active suspension based on SMA disk mechanical have been set. In SIMULINK environment the 1/4 vehicles passive suspension simulation module and semi-active suspension based on the SMA disk simulation module have been established. The simulation results show that semi-active suspension based on SMA disk is superior to passive suspension.
