Fatigue life is one of the principal design targets of the automotive and it's key components. order to make the automotive components design and fatigue experiments reflecting to their actual loading level, it is necessary to collect the time history of RLD, which may include most frequently used road types, and edit the signal to actual loading spectrum after statistics and analysis. Meanwhile, The experiment loading spectrum can be gained by editing the actual load signal, which will be used to drive test rigs. The RLD-based accelerated test can be used to validate the design component by fatigue life experiments, and estimate the life of automotive components. So loading spectrum is not only the gist of automotive components fatigue experiment, but also is the load gist of components design. The main intention of this task is studying the road loaded data of gaining from working components under our country status currently, and make use of the study in the design of fatigue reliability, to offer some indispensable reference for automotive components manufacture and design.Aim at above targets, the main studies include such contents: Firstly, aim at the characteristic of signal test, we selected correspond apparatuses, buildup the whole test and collection system, and collected the signal of road load. Then, we use software to early process the collected signal, to count and analyze both strain signal and acceleration signal, to correlativity analyze and power spectrum analyze acceleration signal, through these ,we find load characters which accord with actual loads. Finally, we contrastively analyze traditional edit method and scientific edit method of accelerative spectrum, and base on equivalent damage principle, choose left-back link staff load of fixedness staff, gained edit results which reserve different damage.This task is one part of automotive durability project, and after correlativity analyze all kinds of traditional edit method of indoor fatigue experiment accelerative spectrum, invent a load spectrum edit method which base on damage principle. The edited load spectrum can be used for indoor fatigue experiment, and we can gained a damage which not only almost be equal to the original loads, but also it's invalidation mode is the same. So the results and methods of this task can be put into automotive durability experiment very well.
