| With the further development of automatic control on Power System, how to realize the automation of a distribution network is the key factor to ensure the safe, reliable working of Power Network. Distribution Automation is the core of fault detection, fault isolation, and power restoring. Fault detection is the most basic, most fundamental unit. How efficient and accurate collection and failure after failure of the electric, reasonable analysis and how to deal with these data, is to improve fault detection and an important basis for a reliable guarantee. The thesis deals with two widely applied fault detection technology in the homeland at present. One is the voltage fault detection technology, and the other is the current taut detection technology. By analyzing the two technology advantages and disadvantages, a new fault detect mode named the auto mode fault detection is studied in this paper. This Fault detection technology's principles are active detection of the malfunction, active judgment of the malfunction, and active handle of the malfunction. The auto mode fault are suitable for each stage of city power network reconstruction and provide a more superior and more practical scheme for Distribution Automation. For the realization of intelligent fault detection, in-depth understanding of the domestic terminal at the present stage of the feeder automation (Feeder Terminal Unit referred to as FTU) of the current development of technology and the design of hardware and software technology. In the development of the FTU design hardware systems and software systems use a layered, modular design. At the same time, the use of embedded real-time multi-tasking operating system software for the design of fault detection provides a better realization of the platform. Fault detection by the principles of analysis, the use of modeling software for logic design and programming. The experiment proves that FTU has developed hardware and software to work well, accurate and reliable fault detection, that the expected design objective has been reached. |
