Ancient Buildings Decorated With Oil Color Painting To Battle Layer Repair Adhesive Material Synthesis And Applications

Preparation of new acrylate emulsions for repairing the ground layer of decorative oil paintings on ancient architecture , which was according to principle of molecular design. The article optimized the synthetically technology and adjusted the formula. The adhesive was used to repair the ground layer (drum tower in Xi'an) after the test of basic performance and simulated restoration. The results showed that,the adhesive of acrylate emulsions consistented with the regulation and for repairing historical relic which was provided with duplicate repair function, it lowered the risk when used to repair the historical relic. It's one kind of good performance and green acrylate emulsions. The main results include that:①This article used vinyl acetate, methyl methacrylate, acrylic acid,N-hydroxymethyl acrylamide and isooctyl acrylate for emulsion polymerization. The article tested some basic performance of the emulsion adhesive, such as solid content, conversion rate , pH , polymerization stability,mechanical stability, freeze-thaw stability, in addition,wo test some simulated restoration of the emulsion adhesive ,such as mixed performance, viscosity, shear strength, reversible high-temperature performance, antifreeze properties, anti-wet properties, environmental Performance. According to the test results,the article analyze and discuss some influencing factors of the emulsion polymerization,such as synthesis, polymer monomer , initiator, emulsifier, molecular regulator, pH, tackifier resins and so on.②Tackifier resins was used to dissolve in the polymer monomer for emulsion polymerization to improve bonding properties.③Emulsion adhesive for different construction technics was produced by adjusting the emulsion.④The adhesive complied with the environmental protection requirements of national standards.
