| Cast-in-situ piles with branches and plates through the branch or the plate to increase the bearing capacity,shorten the length and diameter to reduce the size of the pile,and made remarkable achievements in reduce settlement,increase the safety foundation,to reduce construction cost and shortening the construction period.This article mainly aims at this pile's research in the soft soil area.But the experience shows that the pile used a lot of the failure in soft soil area,the low load-beating capacity impact of the design of the branch,the construction is so difficulty.This article analyzed the functioning principle of cast-in-situ piles with branches and plates,summarized the mainly feature of the pile,analysised and elaborated this pile's vertical bearing capacity and vertical anti-pile pulling ability.And take two projects in soft soil area in Nanking as the example,has research the application of the bearing pressure pile and the anti-pile pulling.To summary and analysis the questions which are easy to appear in the construction.By the contrast experiment,proofed that the cast-in-situ piles with branches and plates enhancement the economic efficiency, saving the expense 20%~30%compared with the ordinary pile.Cast-in-situ piles with branches and plates belong to the new pile foundation,the theory is not mature,the project application experience are also few,this article's research results have the application value of projects,elaborate and the idea of the design has the reference value to the similar projects. |
