Be based on the machinery and equipment configuration used in the high-rise building construction process of concrete pumping,according to the technology and characteristics of the project construction,adhering to the principle of the combination with quality and quantity,this paper established the methodology of the configuration optimize of the construction equipment and developed the software system.The theory of Stochastic service system was applied to carry out a quantitative analysis for the operation of the primary construction machinery and equipment in the construction system,and establishe the operation mathematical model of the various parts and the situation model of the system to provide customers with the service desk. On this basis,the mathematical model of the optimal system of the objective function with the machine-shift cost and the comprehensive utilization rate was given and the reasonable evaluation criteria which looks achieving virtuous circle of system as the goal was established.Accoding to the characteristics of the multi-indicator,the multi-level,the multi-link and incomplete information in the evaluation system,the system theory of the gray system which is good at dealing with the poor information systems was choosed to establish a multi-level gray relational model of integrated assessment. Through analysising the economic and the technology benefits for the cluster indicator of construction system,evaluating and optimizing the equipment configuration of the system comprehensively,the overall effect of optimal cluster configuration ultimately was determined.A model was created by using the system simulation,through numerical simulation to verify the configuration program in the engineering practice,the over effect of optimal concrete pumping equipment configuration which was determined by using computer-aided engineering has been achieved.Then a system software was compiled this methodology to by using the VB6.0 language.
