With the rapid development of large container ships and deepwater,the traditional container terminal is becoming more and more difficult to deal with the large scale of ship,the rise of labor cost and the complex weather factors.Automated container terminal integrated the most advanced computer technology,sensor technology,automatic control technology to optimize the production process and carry on the real-time intelligent dispatching to the wharf loading and unloading transportation equipment.As Automated terminal can significantly improve the container terminal handling efficiency,shorten the time of the ship docked at the port,increase the throughput of the port,ensure the quality of loading and unloading of goods and improve port economic and social benefits,it has become the inevitable trend of the development of container port.Firstly,this thesis introduces the composition of automatic terminal,loading and unloading process,plane layout,and then expounds the current situation of the domestic and foreign research on the layout of the terminal,the loading and unloading process and the simulation of the terminal system.With China's first fully automated terminal-Xiamen Ocean automated container terminal as the research object.This paper focuses on the analysis of the loading and unloading process of the layout and the "+AGV+AGV partner +ARMG",and points out the main problems existing in the parallel arrangement and equipment configuration,and then From the two aspects of the layout and equipment configuration,the simulation technology and mathematical analysis method are used to optimize it.In the aspects of optimizing terminal layout,Xiamen Ocean container terminal in full automation transformation,based on the transformation of the old wharf follows the yard parallel to the wharf layout.The direct result of this arrangement is that AGV will lead to the increase of horizontal transportation distance.In order to solve this problem,this paper puts forward an improved scheme,which is to change the current parallel layout to vertical layout.For a detailed explanation of the improved layout,two simulation model of Xiamen yard from automated terminal parallel type layout and vertical layout of the yard was established by Flexsim software respectively.in setting the input parameters under the same arrangement,the improved layout scheme in the average waiting time,loading and unloading efficiency,throughput is better than the current layout,and suggested to use vertical layout scheme improved in Xiamen Ocean automated container terminal Phase II ProjectIn the aspect of equipment configuration optimization,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current equipment configuration through the utilization rate of equipment,and the simulation results show that the current utilization rate of AGV is low.In order to give full play to the advantages of the global scheduling of AGV,maximize the efficiency of the loading and unloading equipment,reduce the energy cost and depreciation cost.This paper presents a method to study AGV number allocation by quay crane loading and unloading on the basis of satisfying the continuous and no delay loading and unloading plan,And the AGV number allocation problem is transformed into the network minimum flow problem,constructs the AGV quantity allocation optimization model based on the quay crane loading and unloading plan.Finally,the model is analyzed,and the feasibility of the model is verified and put forward the optimization suggestion of AGV quantity allocation.
