Connection technology,including welding,mechanical connection technology and adhesive technology,manufacturing technology it is an important component of the plane is air,the engine manufacturer an indispensable technology.Bolts connecting structure is widely used in aero-engine decide on the characteristics of the bolts to connect the design is different from the specificity of other industries.Because of the special use of aero-engine environment,requiring fasteners connecting reliable and has enough of life,can withstand harsh environmental conditions and load changes require fasteners simultaneously light as possible.Existing aeronautical engineering design manual is not specific to the installation of aero-engine and bolt edge integrated design,and empirical formula reference many companies abroad aeroengine design information.In this paper,the domestic aviation engine design characteristics and fabrication, assembly capabilities,combined with practical engineering experience of its own industry and the professional aviation engineering manuals,on the aero-engine unit to switch between a typical,static structure of the sub-connection design calculation (including connection pieces of material and installation of edge select,install edge thickness primaries,bolts,specifications and quantity of the selected) andoptimation design,at the same time indicators of the reliability of estimates for the overall structure of the program design,design results show that the installation side of the thickness of the theory of design value than the actual choice of the value of small, but taking into account the many connections for thin-walled,large diameter,easy processing cylinder,so the design of the actual value of the calculated value of 3 times.Connecting structure design based on the results of checking the design for the purpose of transfer,Stator connection structure modeling,using ANSYS finite element preliminary contact analysis.To prove the feasibility of the design results.The results showed that the amount of connecting structures,such as effects force in the permit limits.Integrated design and checking the results of this paper,Visual Basic developed a simple procedure for the design of the overall structure of the program to use.
