.500 Msps, Digital Storage Oscilloscope Spreadsheet Software Design

The main content of this dissertation is the software design of the 500MSPS digital storage hand-hold oscilloscope. The hand-hold oscilloscope mentioned in this dissertation is a common-used electronic measure instrument, which contains four function modules: DSO, DMM, cymometer and DC regulated power supply.The hard cores of this dissertation are the interface display module, the key control module, the waveform display module, the parameter measure module and the update online module.The software design bases on the core of embedded digital processor (ADSP-BF531), uses the framework of DSP and FPGA, and is processed under the Visual DSP + + platform of ADI Company.The main contents are as follows:The dissertation focus on introducing the design of the display interface of hand-hold oscilloscope,which includes character display, menu loading and control, and the color adjust and control . This module gives a design of pop menu. In addition, in the menu control, a parameter array is used as a bridge between menu and function, so the menu and function could be approximately separated and the codes would be more stable than before.The dissertation also introduces the waveforms display module of hand-hold oscilloscope, which includes the display of dot,vector,zoom and XY mode. Then, this dissertation introduces the parameter measure module, which includes the cursor measure, the parameter measure of time and the parameter measure of scope.Finally, the dissertation introduces the online update module, which includes the principle of boot loader and the realizing way of software.
