Horgos Port Central Heating Plan Design

The centralized heat-supply is a public welfare project,it's one of the Important basic facilities of cities' development,It has the enhancement heating quality,expansion heating scope,Saves the energy,environmental enhancement as well as Increases the economic efficiency so and other composite benefit.In this article we set HuoErGuoSi port cooperation center region as a object to plan,And concurrently considers the port Completion region and the east housing plan region,After carefully statistics,analysis,arrange and calculation, we concluded the total space heating-load for current status,near and specified future of these three regions.It makes the load distribution program according to the ports' program.From it we have made the plan of regional heating.In the plan,we demonstrate the heat source factory location and the place of boiler equipment,determine automatic control,operation regulation,and acquired by analysing design plans about automatic control,operation regulation,heating form,heat-supply network arrangement and material of insulation.In the plan of heat source plants and substations,we mainly design technological process of hot- water heat-supply system of hot- water heat-supply system in the substations,and dispose the main equipments basing on calculating and analysing.In the design after analyzing the hydraulic power analysis and hydraulic emergency in the most unfavorable steam supply main in the primary and secondary circuit,we have the design parameter and project.In part of save the energy,combine the country rules,discuss the measure of save the energy and compute the quality of the save coal about special fuel,so we got the total of the special fuel what we saved both recently and forward.In part of environmental protection,we don't only take some pertinent measures,and also expound the environment benefit from save energy,cut down the consumption and reduce the emission.In the last paragraph of this thesis,though regarding summarized this project technical plan,function effect and economic evaluation,having expounded this project implementation social efficiency,environment benefit and economic efficiency.
