About application and study of cement stabilized recycled aggregate is not still perfect as new cement stabilized recycled aggregate semi-rigid base material. According to that,design mixture ratio and mechanical property of cement stabilized recycled aggregate semi-rigid base material is systematically studied in this paper. The main contents and conclusions of the paper are as follows:1 .The graduation of one -breaking recycled aggregate is not satisfied with request of standard, the graduation of cement stabilized recycled aggregate needs regulation;in course of abrasion test,cement paste of bundling recycled aggregate is fast abraded,in the end all cement paste is abraded, macadam aggregate is remaided recycled ,affter recycled aggregate passages two metric line gridiron.mean crushing valuation of recycled aggregate is 14.3%,it iscompletely satisfied with request of standard. Recycled aggregate owns several strength. Water-absorbing capacity of recycled aggregate is chiefly effected by its particle diameter. As the reduce of recycled aggregate diameter, Water-absorbing capacity of recycled aggregate quickly grows.2. The procedure and method of mixture ratio -design is systematically extracted,using it, cement stabilized recycled aggregate semi-rigid base material reaching request of standard is formulated.3. the experiment results show that dry density of cement stabilized recycled aggregate increases with the growth of content recycled aggregate,and moisture content reduces.The phenomenon is mainly related with the nature of recycled aggregate.4.In the condition of same dosage cement,both content of recycled aggregate and nature of recycled aggregate effect strength of cement stabilized recycled aggregate,content of recycled aggregate is main,when it is less than about 75%, as the growth of it,the unconfined compressive strength of cement stabilized recycled aggregate increases too,when it is about 75%, unconfined compressive is maximal, the unconfined compressive will reduce from it. 5.When the gradation of cement strength and compactness is very great, unconfined compressive of cement stabilized recycled aggregate will increase too.For example,the 7d unconfined compressive is maximal in the 98% compactness,it is the least in the 95% compactness. compactness grows from 95% to 98%,the unconfined compressive will increase 1.61MPa,the growing amplitude reachs 43.5%.6.The study of different graduation affection in unconfined compressive of cement stabilized recycled aggregate shows that the middle-class limit graduation agreed with the request of the code has the highest strength,the secondary is the upper-class graduation,the least is the down-class graduation.the strength of the middle-class graduation is higher 1 MPa than the down-class graduation.7.In spite of dosage cement 4% and 5%,splitting strength of cement stabilized recycled aggregate fluctuates little as the different age and the different content of recycled aggregate,The changest as only 0.08MPa.8. As the growth of age ,the modulus of resilience improved,and the 28d rate of rise is greater than the 90d,the regular of modulus of resilience growing is the same as unconfined compressive strength and splitting strength.
