Pipe Belt Conveyor Metal Structure Stress Analysis And Calculation

Pipe-conveyor is a special belt-conveyor, which developed from traditional trough-belt-conveyor. It has the advantage of sharp inclination transportation,space curve lay out and both-way transportation. It serves for the cement plant, mine industry, electric power station, metallurgy industry, garbage processing factory and so on. Manufacturing technology of pipe-conveyor domestic has reached international advanced level. However, its girders and lattice columns have complex structure, the relationships between the structures are complex, and the designing method is very hard. therefore, manual calculation, the traditional method has been unable to meet the current development trend that is high quality, high speed and high efficiency. The software of pipe-conveyor which integrates data computing, designing and auto-drawing has not applied.In order to meet the needs project, this paper use VC++6.0 as a software platform, developed the metal structure software of pipe-conveyor, the aim is shortening the design period, lightening burden of designers. This paper is referring to a lot of the designing datum of girders, it analyses the load type, load calculate and combination. By using material mechanics and structural mechanics, it deduced calculating internal force; check up intensity and stiffness in the girder, finally, generate designing explanatory memorandum. It establish calculation model of the girder and lattice column combination, on the basis of the model, it analyses type selection and load characteristic and calculation method of the lattice column, and design twin columns four columns.This paper combined with a project, conclude method and theory of girder and lattice column, project resolution data processing in the design. Data-processing solution project reflect the metal structure of pipe-conveyor design and calculation process of an inevitable trend.
