| Pipe conveyor forced to make the conveyor belt into a round tube,so it has many advantages.On the one hand,it has strong adaptability to complex terrain,and fewer transfer station are needed.On the other hand,the material is enwrapped,which is good for the environment.In addition,it has the advantages of large-angle transmission and two-way transmission.With the improvement of environmental awareness and the advance of related technologies,more and more users start using the pipe conveyor.Thus there are more and more manufacturers start designing and producing pipe conveyor.But now,there is a lack of books or dissertations,which introduces systematically and comprehensively the complete design process of pipe conveyor,and the systematic research combined with engineering examples is rare.Based on the real engineering case,from engineering specifications to the completion of the preliminary design,the design process of pipe conveyor is discussed in detail.First,the dissertation describes the design drawings of pipe conveyor.According to the terrain conditions and the requirements provided by the user,how to select the parameters by computation,determines its route,and finishes the conceptual design drawings.Second,based on the calculation method of belt conveyor,the power calculation of pipe conveyor and the type selection principle of the belt are demonstrated by changing the coefficient and considering the special structure of pipe conveyor.Third,the trusses,special structures,the driving device and the tensioning device are discussed in order to ensure the normal operation of the conveyor.This dissertation explores the whole design process of pipe conveyor,specifically introduces some special structures,hoping to help beginners to master the relevant design and selection methods quickly and provide some reference for the relevant designers. |
