The control rods are used to implement quick regulation of the reactor Power and Emergent shut down of the reactor in Pressurized water nuclear Power station. The control rod is drove by the control rod drive mechanism (CRDM). Control rod control device is one of the most important devices to improve nuclear power station's safety or operation performance, Though it is not a safe equipment.In the thesis, take 300MW power plant set control rod control system digitalization of QNPC-I for example, this article describes control object simply. Based on researching control system function and design requirement, we develops device. In this control system, we choose controllogix system which mainly introducedly commanded by AB corporation, logix for a control core, star topology constructed by optical fiber and controlnet redundancy, in order to carry out system control and measurement. The control system is composed by logic cabinet, power supply cabinet rod position processing cabinet. Logic cabinet uses redundancy CPU which bumpless switchover improve system reliability mostly. Power supply cabinet includes only CPU which produce exact step time sequence. Rod position(RP) processing cabinet carrys out RP alarm and Gray convert etc.This thesis achieves control rod control system digitalization reconstruction. This reconstruction perfects system function mostly: logic control, fault alarm and historic data report, online monitoring, 72 hours rod movement wave record, key parameter modification etc. Novel design, advanced technology, fitting for international development produce great practice meaning.
