This paper explores the quality control in the production process of weight sensors of ZTC series. In the implementation process, we apply 6-Sigma method, adhere to the principle of being customer-centered, use statistical analysis as the tools on the basis of data, establish the corresponding model of DMAIC, and take the five steps of definition, measurement, analysis, improvement and control.We have set up a cross-department efficient 6-Sigma team, analyzing the cost of poor-quality and good-quality products in previous years, completing the figure of SIPOC, and giving a precise definition to the defects. According to matrix and testing system analysis on the data of the sample, we judge the effectiveness of the current testing system. Using Histogram and spread charts as a statistical tool, we take an analysis on the potential ineffective mode of main defects from non-normal inventory. Combining cause-and-effect chats and two-eight principle, we have identified the main factors which affect the quality.For the corresponding key factor, we have found the innovative solutions to the eradication and prevention of the occurrence of defects and have put forward improvement plans. At the same time, we have developed controlling plans, measures and documents to maintain the improved results.
