In recent years,Chinese manufacturing industry is facing more and more competitive pressure.At the same time,with the improvement of modern production technology,the product sales competition in manufacturing industry becomes more and more fierce,and enterprises are facing the test of production cost and quality in the manufacturing process.The rotor produced by Q company is an important part of the window lifting motor.At present,the quality level of the product is lower than the expectation.At the same time,the poor quality of the rotor also leads to the rework of the pre assembly line of the motor and the delay of the delivery period.Therefore,the improvement of the rotor quality is imminent.Based on the analysis of Lean Six Sigma Theory and related quality analysis methods,this paper puts forward the quality control system of rotor production process based on Lean Six Sigma.First of all,according to the fuzziness and complexity of the causes of poor product quality,based on the fuzzy grey correlation theory,the influence degree of the quality influencing factors on the rotor defect and the correlation between the quality influencing factors are obtained quantitatively;secondly,the key influencing factors of quality are analyzed in-depth by using the DMAIC improvement steps of Lean Six Sigma management method.In the definition stage,through the investigation of the product performance requirements of rotor and motor,the key quality characteristics,namely the measurement index CTQ,are established.In the measurement stage,the measurement system analysis and process capability analysis are carried out to ensure the availability and reliability of quality measurement related data,so as to ensure the effective development of quality research.In the analysis stage,C & E matrix and FMEA analysis are used to further analyze the influencing factors of rotor quality in the production process,and the key influencing factors of rotor quality are screened out.In the improvement stage,lean method is used to improve the rotor quality rapidly,and DOE experimental design method and multivariate analysis of variance are used to obtain the best parameters and combination mode of each influencing factor in the face of complex quality problems.In the control stage,confirm the effect of quality improvement,formulate standard quality control measures for the implementation of the improvement plan,and standardize them.Finally,the quality risk assessment model based on mathematical programming is established.The quality risk assessment model of rotor semi-automatic production line is constructed from the aspects of product defect severity,product rework cost and product defect frequency.The relevant data after quality improvement is substituted into the model,and the effectiveness of the case study is verified by calculating the quality risk assessment results.Through the establishment of Lean Six Sigma quality control system,the rotor quality level of Q enterprise has been improved to a certain extent,and its quality risk assessment is also in a low state,which can effectively reduce the phenomenon that the motor performance is affected by the bad rotor,reduce the rework times and delivery delay rate,and reduce some unnecessary quality waste and economic loss for the enterprise.This method It is applicable to the quality control of similar production lines.
