High-speed Rotating Test Machine Developed

High-speed rotating experimental machine is the key equipment of checking the military product. It used to provide high-speed conditions to simulate the real working condition of military industrial products and detect its performance. Due to technical complexity, difficulty and other reasons, the domestic experimental machine's speed is less than 20000r/min. It is unable to meet the performance tsting requirements of increasing military product. There is an urgent need to study new high-speed rotating experimental machine, and further improve the testing level of military product's performance.The subject commissioned by the enterprise develops high-speed rotating experimental machine system , which is mainly used for the detection of military product—chemical battery performance.Main work and achievements reflectes on :1. In view of the dynamic imbalance quality due to the existing inevitable eccentric quality in the process of the chemical battery performance detection, we successfully design overcoming dynamic imbalance and long-term working stability's high-speed rotating machine which speed up to 30000 r / min, load more than 1 kg, and is the highest level of the current domestic by improving supporting way, increasing shaft stiffness, and designing fixture reasonably.2. By analysising the basic structure of mercury conductive slip ring theoretically we creatively design the spoiler-type high-speed mercury conductive slip ring, having a good solution to ignal transmission problem in the relatively high speed rotating movement device.3. The high-speed rotating experimental machine can accurately measure the measured signal in the experimental environment of strong electromagnetic interference by the measures of shielding, grounding, isolation, filter and circuit impedance controlling on base of researching on the problem of the experimental machine signal detection system's EMI.The article has developed the high-speed rotating experimental machine successfully ,and it has already been put into use. This machine work stablly and reliablly, and also improves the level of detection of chemical battery.
