The conductive slip ring is a precision instrument.After the brush wire angle is formed,the contact position of the slip ring directly affects the contact pressure with the slip ring.If the pressure is too small,it will affect the current and signal transmission.If the pressure is too high,it will cause the wear of the brush,and then affect the service life of the conductive slip ring,therefore,it is very important for the molding treatment of the brush wire angle and the detection of the contact pressure of the brush wire.At the same time,the detection of the pressure of the brush wire has always been a difficult problem,because the contact position when the brush wire is in contact with the slip ring cannot be determined,and the general pressure detection method from the outside cannot guarantee its accuracy,therefore,it is of practical significance to find an optimal pressure measurement method to obtain the contact pressure between the brush wire and the ring.This paper mainly focuses on the research on the angle forming and contact pressure detection of the conductive slip ring filament,and the finite element dynamic analysis of the forming and clamping method of the brush filament is carried out to establish the best way of forming the filament angle.The stress and strain analysis of the bristle filament angle forming process,including the dynamic analysis of the bristle filament forming angle and the statics analysis of the springback process of the bristle filament after forming,and the measurement of the rebound angle of the brush filament.Applying vision detection to the research of this article,preprocessing the acquired images,and researching the image filtering,edge detection,straight line and corner detection respectively.An algorithm for detecting the angle of brush wire is proposed,and the calculation method is analyzed and verified.The brush angle forming process was studied,and a brush angle forming method was proposed.Based on this method,an experimental device for brush angle forming was built to accurately control the angle output during the brush angle forming process.A method to calibrate the horizontal and vertical distance of the deflector based on visual inspection is proposed to meet the requirement that the rotation center of the deflector is located at the root of the brush filament.The wire forming angle and springback angle are measured and calculated,and a pre-compensation model for brush wire springback is established and verified.The contact pressure between the brush wire and the ring body is detected,and a detection method based on the profiling piece to simulate the contact pressure of the brush wire is proposed,and the distance and position of the center of the profiling ring are calibrated.By setting up a test bench for testing the contact pressure of the brush filaments,the pressure testing experiments were carried out for different ring sizes,different brush filament angles and contact distances.In this paper,through the finite element analysis of the forming and springback process of the brush filament,the best forming method of the brush filament is determined.Combining the brush wire angle forming method proposed in this paper with visual inspection,the obtained brush wire springback pre-compensation model can effectively improve the brush wire angle forming accuracy,and solve the problem of poor angle forming accuracy caused by brush wire spring back,the precise control of the angle value of the brush wire is realized.Through visual aided measurement combined with profiling parts,the simulation of the contact state of the brush wire is realized,which solves the problem that the contact pressure of the brush wire is difficult to obtain.Through the detection of the contact pressure of the brush wire,the influence of the brush wire angle,ring size and contact distance on the brush wire contact pressure is analyzed.Combining the acquired rebound angle and pressure detection data,a software for calculating the wire brush angle and contact pressure value is designed,which realizes the application of wire brush angle forming and pressure detection technology,it provides a reference for the design and processing of conductive slip ring brush wire and ring body.
