It has important practical significance to study the middle-large calibre mechanical nose fuze with peneration and delay function.Middle-large calibre point-detonating fuze has the functions to penerate the concrate hard target,to fight against the armor plate of warships and to block the armored forces of enemy.The realization of these functions will greatly improve the terminal destroy capability of the ammunition and the adaptitude in the battle field.In order to match the intensity of the fuze and the round,realize the function of penetrating the middle thickness concrete target,high strength penitrating body was designed to protect the mechanism of the fuze.The manual setting device of the fuze was desighned,by which to alternate the different igniting primer to realize the functions of instant detonation,self-adjustment delay detonation and short-time delay detonation.The redundant functions of self-adjustment delay detonation and short-time delay detonation can effective control the detonate time during the process of penetration,in order to achieve the best destroy effect.The function of choosing the best short-time delay time to form crater of certain diameter-depth ratio,is helpful to intercept the maneuverability of enemy armored forces.On the basis of the theory analysis,calculation and simulation,structure scheme of the fuze mechanism was put forwarded.Validation experiment of the prototype was carried out and the result accord with the calculation.
