Although the separate grade crossing of modern railroad and road is getting more and more, the road crossing reduces gradually, however, industrial districts, railroad freight yard, steel mill, harbor, factory and mining enterprise and so on still massively used the railway grade crossing, and along with economical fast development quantity in sharp growth, it is also playing the vital role in the industrial district transportation.The article has carried on the research analysis to railway grade crossing development and structure pattern of the present through collecting and consulting massive documents,fingding that some flaws such as short-life, vibration, low speed, dusty and so on in railway grade crossing now. In order to analyze its dynamic performance, establishing 11 degree-of-freedom railway grade crossing vehicle - road coupling dynamic model on massive vehicle—road dynamic model, and has inferred its vibration differential equation; Studied on Incentive model namely kinds of wave irregularities in grade crossing; Based on vehicle -road coupling dynamic model and Incentive model,established the modular structurization computational procedure,then carried on Numerical experiment by integral step and Newmark algorithm parameters, confirmed the model stability and the accuracy; Simulated dynamic response of the vehicle through railway grade crossing,obtained each kind of parameter influence rule; Proposed optimization design assembly type overall railway grade crossing on the base of calculation analysis in programand used in harbor, airport, access railroad and so on actual project.The research results in this paper have more meaningful and practical application value in protecting the beautified industrial district environment, enhancing the vehicles through the speed and the road junction service life, Simultaneously,which have benefit in society, economy and environmental protection.
