| According to the improvement on the transmission structure to a polishing device which is made by Jiangmen Ya Tai Machines Manufacturing ltd. In this report, it proposes a scheme of executing automatic polishing that adds reciprocating motion of polishing wheel which makes polishing wheel works with workpiece carrier to reach finishing processing every aspect of a work with one clamp.This course on research contains several contents which can be listed as follows:1 Domestic and foreign study have summarized the developing condition, research content and the trend of development on robot assistant mold polishing at present at home and outside the country.2 Overall construction optimized design is mainly about work carrier device and the optimization of Transmission Structure.3 After having 3D modelling and kinematics simulator of the workpiece carrier under UG condition, the result demonstrates that the moving circumstance matchs the design purpose. Hence, it is a proof of correctness and feasibility.4 It first proposes a Kinematics Simulator mathod which mixs curve fit with interpolator to have Kinematics Simulator on manipulator of cloth hemp wheel type. It eases the original one and is more straightforward. Also it is proved to be effective and feasible through real cases. |
