Tube fastener support system template has been widely used because of the simple structure,high universality,relative low cost and some other reasons; However,at the same time,instability phenomenon of that support system occurs from time to time,engendering template accidents happened frequently and that has now become one of the major sources of dangerous which can easily lead to group casualties in building construction.How to improve security and reliability of the system has been a new topic of the construction industry.Based on previous researches of fastener steel template support system,this paper simulates semi-rigid fastener connecting node through finite element analysis software ansys10.0,moreover,analyzes the carring capacity of template supporting systematically.Thereby reaching some useful conclusions by comparing finite element analysis with theoretical calculation.The specific jobs I did are as follows:1.Analyzed typical collapse of scaffolding and template support system, summarized main causes and problems of template accident.2.Discussed the current standards《code for safety of steel tubular scaffold with couplers in construction》made by People's Republic of industry,pointed out its shortcomings and deficiencies,and brought forward improvement measures.3.Analyzed all kinds of calculation models and calculation methods of the template support system,and compared them with each other,analyzed their strengths and weaknesses,summarized many conditions that true calculation model should accord with;accordingly I recommended we should use calculation methods named continuous bar with a number of flexible supports when calculating it.This method was very close to the actual force status with its own advantages of taking into account beneficial effects of fastener connection strength and level poles' line stiffness on vertical bar.4.Deeply analyzed the working performance of the fastener node,finding semi-rigid connections features of the fastener node,based on previous tests, using M-θcurves M =nln(1+Rkiθ/n) to simulate semi-rigid connections features of the fastener node through finite element analysis software ansys10.0,and set up finite element model to analyze buckling performance of the template support system.5.Used semi-rigid model of features torque was 40 N.m to analyze mechanical properties of the template support system,discussed a variety of factors' affects,such as initial imperfection Materials,conformation conditions,scissors support,the level strengthen layer and horizontal loads.
