The PT200 model hydraulic pallet transporter is special heavy-duty vehicle which is used for non-road transport, the carrying capacity of the frame and the performance of hydraulic suspension are crucial for the performance and safety of the vehicle. To be aimed at the structural characteristics of the hydraulic pallet transporter, theoretical study and computer simulation analysis and experimental study are taken as the research means in this paper. Finite element analysis of the static strength and dynamics of modal analysis are carried out in the main components of the force, In order to advance theory research and optimized design of the hydraulic pallet transporter.The main contents of the thesis are as follows:First, according to the structural characteristics and load conditions of the hydraulic pallet transporter, the finite element models of the frame, hydraulic suspension and swing arm are established.Second, in the rated load case of 200T, the strength and stiffness of the frame and hydraulic suspension of the hydraulic pallet transporter are calculated and analyzed by FEM.Third, Model analysis of the frame and vehicle of hydraulic pallet transporter are analyzed, the natural frequency of vibration and vibration modals are obtained, and to do the assessment on the dynamic performance of the frame.Fourth, according to finite element analysis of the static strength on the basis of the strength which is satisfied, to improve the frame of the hydraulic pallet transporter, in order to achieve the purpose of weight loss.Fifth, the static tests of the strength of the pallet transporter's major components are accomplished, in order to check the strength of the main components and verify the theoretical calculation.With the method of FEM, strength and modal of the hydraulic pallet transporter are analyzed, and frame is improved and optimized. Summed up the frame structure of the deformation characteristics, provide a reference for structural design and optimization of the hydraulic pallet transporter.
