With the development of the world economy, tunnels and underground engineering are developing rapidly, and the number of the construction of the tunnels at home and abroad are more and more. However, because of objective conditions, such as geology, topography, climate, and various factors of design, construction and operation, a great many of tunnels presented diseases in the process of the use after completion, such as lining split, tunnel leakage, basement subsidence and so on.Relying on Zhongxi Tunnel in Changde-Jishou highway in Hunan Province in this paper, according to the site investigation, colllected engineering geology survey reports, design drawings and the construction situation of Zhongxi Tunnel, and combined with the site investigation report of lining cracks, the reasons of lining cracks and the stability of lining was studied, the corresponding measures of reinforcement was proposed, and the stability of the tunnel reinforcd was carried on the numerical simulation. This thesis includes work as follows:1. The collection of related data, such as the design and construction of the tunnel, the preliminary investigation results of the lining cracks was compiled and analysed. According to the monitoring data of the growth of the crcaks, the stability of the lining structure and mountain body was preliminarily judged.2. The causes of lining cracks of the bias double-arch tunnel was analysed by numerical analysis software ABAQUS.3. The present application technology situation of treatments was investigated, and the common maintenance and reinforcement technologies of tunnel lining disease were summarized. Combined with the causes of lining cracks in Zhongxi Tunnel, the feasible reinforcement scheme was determined, and the reinforcement construction technology was introduced in detail. At the same time, the tensile strength and compressive strength of glass fiber concrete used in reinforcement construction were tested by laboratory test. 4. Combined with the scene reinforcement scheme, the numerical simulation model and parameters were determined. By analysis of original and structure reinforced of the tunnel, and compared with scene reinforcement monitor data, the effect of reinforcement were evaluated.5. Based on the basic theoretical knowledge of damage mechanics, and by analysis of carrying capacity between original and structure reinforced of the tunnel models without bias, the effectiveness of corresponding maintenance and reinforcement countermeasures was evaluated, and the law of development of concrete structure damages under the outside load function was understanded.
