Beijing-tianjin Inter-city Rail Transit Continuous Beam Bridge Cantilever Placement And Bridge Crts ¢ò Slab Ballastless Construction

Beijing-Tianjin inter-city rail transportation engineering is the first passenger special railway with a highest speed of 350km/h in China.In this project, the length of bridges accounts for 87% of the total length. The concrete box beam made by ourselves and the first time applied to the ballastless track project is used on the girder of those bridges.The box beam is not only bulky,heavy,but also demands high for the technical standards of construction. At the same time, the Beijing-Tianjin inter-city rail transportation engineering has a special geographical location.This article mainly studies the method of the cantilever casting of the bridge and the construction of the ballastless track ,also sets a series of rules and regulations. The main results obtained are as follows :1, From the characteristics of the project, the paper puts forward the method of cantilever casting, provides the principle of construction technology and its process ,also the construction steps.2, Propose a series of standards and measures about the construction quality control and product protection of this bridge.3,Study the new program (CRTSâ…¡type slab ballastless track structure),propose the process and construction methods,quality control and safety measures.4,For the Beijing-Tianjin inter-city rail transportation engineering ,the article puts forword a series of environment protection measures.In this paper, the results of the research have applied to the Beijing-Tianjin inter-city rail transportation engineering. The project has been successfully completed and put into operation and it keeps good condition.This project has created multiple "first" in the history of china's railway construction,which means a major breakthrough in construction technology ,It also has an important significance for large-scale construction of railway passenger line.
