The Study Of Digital Quality Control Of Prefabricated CRTS Ⅰ Ballastless Track Slab For Passenger Dedicated Lines

On the basis of the features, the workmanship standards and testingmethods of digital technology of quality control of CRTS I balllastless trackslab of passenger dedicated line, and in accordance with such methods andtheories as overall quality control, the breakdown of working structure andproject management system, this paper covers the study of the system study, theanalysis of the procedures, and the design of the implementation proposal,which is tested and successfully applied for the prefabrication of CRTS Iballlastless track slab of Contract Section TJ-1of Haerbin-Dalian PassengerDedicated Line Project.This paper is based on the principle of overall quality control in terms ofmaterials, moulds, equipment, workmanship, curing and testing. The overallquality assurance system is composed of prestress tensioning system, curing&temperature control system of track slab, tolerance detecting system of trackslab, the molding system of track slab, and rebar processing system. With thedigital technology of quality control as the core, not only the study of digitalcontrol system of prestress tensioning of track slab is carried out with muchemphasis, but the analysis, the design and application of the digital steam-curingand the moisture-curing temperature control system, digital flatness andtolerance detecting system of the track slab, the digital system of quality controlof mould of track slab, the digital system of rebar processing of track slab, arecarried out.The paper finally analyses the application and the effects of the qualitycontrol of the prefabricated140,000Nrs. CRTS I ballast less track slab ofHaerbin-Dalian Passenger Dedicated Line Project. The experience of the projectdemonstrates that the application of the digital quality control system of theprefabricated CRTS I ballast less track slab ensures the prefabrication qualityand construction safety of the track slab, ensures the construction period, improve the construction efficiency and has remarkable economic and socialbenefits compared with the traditional methods.
