| Recent years, with the rapid development of oil chemical industry and other industry, more and more pressure vessels need to work in rigourous conditions. In addition, because of other factors, the incidence of pressure vessel's fatigue failure is increasing, people's life and fortune suffer great loss from these incidents. So fatigue analysis of pressure vessel is becoming more and more important. How to ensure fatigue failure do not happen in pressure vessel's available using time has become a focus of people's concern.Generally, pressure vessel has no evident plastic deformation when happens fatigue failure, and fatigue failure always orgins high stress raisers' area. A heat explosion pulping pot in engineering is studied in this paper. Firstly, pressure vessel's fatigue design , influencing factors of vessel's fatigue failure and so on were expained in detail in this paper. Secondly, in the light of the finite element method, the stress status of the heat explosion pulping pot was analysed in detail by ANSYS10.0, then the stress distribution was obtained. With regard to high stress raisers' area, the strength assessments and fatigue analysis of the pot were carried out according to Design by analysis of pressure vessel, the fatigue life of the pot was worked out. At last, fatigue life of the heat exposion pulping pot was validated through experiment.Compared with the results of the finite element analysis, the rationality and the reliability of the pot's structure design and fatigue life design were verified. Also, the paper offers a lot of reference and guidance for project engineering application in a degree. |
