AC servo system is widely used in military, aerospace, industrial control and so on.AC servo system which uses embedded technologies has high reliability, high integration and low cost.And it's the main trend of development.Using the laboratory research projects, "embedded servo control system" as the background.The design of system hardware is improved.Besides of that,the design of software is completed.In AC servo system using the computer and the embedded control card with USB interface architecture, firstly the excitation signal generator of the embedded control card is improved.Secondly, the general layout plan of the control card software design is proposed, and this plan is based onμC/OS-Ⅱreal time operating system.And the total structure of servo control software in WinXP operator system is gaven.Then, in the embedded control card theμC/OS-Ⅱreal time operating system is successfully transplanted, and the main task, the data sampling interrupt service routine, LCD display module are designed and implemented. In WinXP operating system, USB function driver and servo control software modules is designed. This function driver can support USB devices I/O control, USB device status management and power management, servo control software modules provide visual display of operational information, the dynamic link library can be used to call the control algorithm and debugging.Finally, the system debugging is finished, and the results show that the design is effective.
