The issue is designed to simulate a complete set of monitoring system to the dynamic lead-acid battery condition. The monitoring system includes the main functions such as monitoring parameters of the dynamic lead-acid battery, observing and alarming the temperature of Lead-acid battery, forecasting the state of the lead-acid battery (the remaining capacity). The paper gives the hardware design of this state monitoring system, including both the topper of single battery real-time monitoring module and the hardware design of buttom of embedded control system; Meanwhile, This paper also loads two key functional modules drivers, the CAN-BUS and IDE hard-disk, in the embed-Linux operating system.Based on ZLG's S3C2410 and considered all the functions needed in a Battery Testing System, this paper gives the top of state monitoring system hardware design. This design provides data communication, storage and display functions, including CAN-BUS communication, IDE hard disk storage and the LCD screen touching. On the basis of parameters drew from the monitoring system, the paper also gives a design of buttom of battery monitoring module.This paper researched the way of the Linux cross develop environment and the development of the Linux driver, analysis the structures of the modules of CAN-BUS driver and IDE hard-disk driver. And successfully load these two driver-modules on the system, thus fulfilling the communication of data of CAN-BUS and the read-write function of the opering system to the hard-disk.To address on the studying objects and missions of lead-acid battery real-time monitoring system, the paper gives the system's underlying hardware design.
