However, owing to the damage, aging, low quality and even the Fire, earthquake etc, appeared during the using process, The concrete structure was destroyed seriously several, especially after the high temperature of fire, The nature of structure material suffered a lot, and it led to the damage in bearing capacity, distortion, durability, earthquake-resistance capability.Reinforced concrete hollow slab of the Hean Highway got 11 downlink of the third inter-plate girder serious injury, just because of the flame scavenging debris from under the bridge.
