This thesis mainly studies the engineering example of Henan Development Plaza.Studies on variable rigidity design method for balance settlement of borehole cast-in-place concrete pile group and slurry injection on both pile end and side to increase bearing capacity of cast in place pile are carried out.The summary process of optimization design and construction are also analyzed. The primary coverage of the research is as follows,First of all, the rigidity distribution of foundation and the pile earth are adjust according to the characteristic of Henan Development Plaza based on the variable rigidity design theory .The original pile foundation plan is optimization designed and variable rigidity pile group foundation is adopted. The economic effect is well-pleasing.Seconly, the patented technology of slurry injection on both pile end and side is adopted, in order to increase the bearing capacity of cast in place pile as well as reliability and to satisfy the design requirements.The test procedure and construction of the test pile and consruction piles are introduced. The theory of post grouting pile technique and construction method, the control medium, the experimental examination, the economic effect and so on are carried on the analysis and the research.In the end, the settlement of Henan Development Plaza is studied.The forecast settlement, empirical formula settlement and measured value are compared in the analyses.The results indicate that the variable rigidity design method for balance settlement of borehole cast-in-place concrete pile group has well control effect on the differential sedimentation of high-rise building.
