| In order to control on the shell body and achieve greater accuracy or increase the range, require real-time measurement of shell attitude parameters, which the probe of roll attidude parameters is particularly important. For low-speed rotation of guided cannonballs, on the process of firing, high muzzle velocity, high overload, small size and other environmental conditions in which the common attitude measurement system is difficult to be applied directly. In this paper, study the detection method of shell roll attitude through combined magnetic induction coil and micro-mechanical gyroscope.Firstly this article analyze various attitude measurement methods, compare the advantages and disadvantages of combination and common methods. For the installation of magnetic induction coil in the shell body, derive the algorithm by calculating geomagnetic shell roll attitude, to determine the detection program of orthogonal biaxial magnetic induction coil, illustrate the working principle of micro-mechanical gyroscope measured roll attitude, describe the magnetic signal detection and identification, and propose specific roll attitude combination detection program.The design of the hardware and software, based on TI's TMS320F2812, devise the DSP minimum system, magnetic measurement unit, micro-mechanical gyroscope measurement unit, power modules, communication modules, etc., achieve the A/D acquisition, serial interface communication, through the JTAG Interface debugging and other functions, to develop of embedded system software, to achieve detection project roll attitude, and take the appropriate anti-interference measures of hardware and software, to improve the precision. Finally, the whole system was carried on manual turntable experiments and wind tunnel experiments to verify that the roll attitude detection device is feasible. |
