With the development of a modern market economy, customers demand more and more personalized, faster and faster to market changes, business competition is increasingly fierce. The original manual production process control is increasingly can not meet the market development of modern manufacturing enterprises. Modern manufacturing enterprises to the availability of resources, the specific circumstances and a variety of constraints, for the individual needs of customers to develop efficient production plans in order to improve production efficiency.The production and processing flow of the realities of the Enterprise is now mainly through manual control, manual completion of the production process plan, there is a waste of resources, production planning and production to honor the low rate of long cycle and so on. The current production schedule has been unable to meet changing market developments, is not conducive to their long-term development and improvement as soon as possible.Against the enterprises in the actual production scheduling process exists many problems related to this article to conduct a detailed study and systematic analysis to the production of intelligent scheduling system, specific solutions, and gives the realization method. First, the background of this issue, cause, status etc. of the general description, analysis of domestic and foreign intelligence for production scheduling reviewed. Secondly, Processing enterprises of auto parts sheet metal shop smart pre-scheduling system as a whole line of thought, such as module design and process were described; proposed two physical models:from the task of pipes forming the flux model and process-based three-dimensional body model; intelligent optimization algorithm selected in the genetic algorithm, and according to the traditional genetic algorithm coding, initialization, genetic operator design and the design of fitness function, the design of genetic algorithm application process will be at the genetic operator crossover sub change for the exchange operator, mutation operator changing the operator splitting and merging operator, thus expanding the feasible solution space. Finally, the concrete realization of intelligent scheduling module is designed.Through this paper, the production of intelligent scheduling system solutions which can effectively reduce the production and management personnel, operational strength, improve production efficiency;can be real-time control of production processes, reduce processing costs of production, so as to manufacturing enterprises have a greater economic benefits.
