Recent years, Along with the rapid development of the automotive industry, constantly improve the roads and people on the traffic safety and improve the driving comfortable, the original automotive glass exposed some of the problems can no longer meet the many new requirements. This speeds up the automotive glass new product development and the development process.According to analysis on existing formworks, this paper presented a new type of composite vacuum glating. Based on experimental research and theoretical analysis, investigations on the new type of formwork were made systematically. The main contents and results included in the following items.(1)Refering to overseas and domestic producing technologies of laminated glass, presented the producing technology of the new type of composite vacuum glating and prepared new automotive of composite vacuum glating, which created a new automotive glass situation. The new composite vacuum glating adopts the vacuum glating two surfaces through the EVA film agglutination armored glass manufacture method, which can guarantee with the glass security.(2)In the analysis, APDL language was applied to build a parametric model of new automotive of composite vacuum glating including toughened grass, vacuum glating, support columns, EVA film and vacuum glating sealed flat glass side. Through the parametric language input can obtain the new automotive of composite vacuum glating parametric model and the related stress and strain under the atmospheric pressure .(3)Based on composite sandwich construction of the inherent frequency calculation theory and the finite element model are established for new automotive of composite vacuum glating the modal analysis, we calculate the inherent frequency and vibrant graphics, and the natural frequency of the new automotive of composite vacuum glating.(4)Through the new automotive of composite vacuum glating used in the clamped edges of flexible working conditions is simulated, which obtains dynamic characteristics. And through the study, the new automotive composite vacuum glating of acceleration response characteristics and amplitude frequency response was obtained .(5)The carpolite impacts new automotive of composite vacuum glating by the way of finite element to simulate. Simulates crash course by using ANSYS/LS-DYNA, the stress-strain relationship was obtained near the location of the new automotive of composite vacuum glating, and the maximum stress and the corresponding strain was obtained.
