The thesis analyses in depth subject problem and formation mechanism that "Village in the city"exists to start with from angles such as spatial location,environmental construction,social management and economic development,etc.,then analysis in the main relevant stakeholders involved in transformation of village in the city,starting from the new domestic situation,re-examines the current lack of reformation strategies,finally points out that the reason of difficult to implement reformation plan is actually the interests of all stakeholders to share.Put forward it on the angle that the concept realizes,must transform from emphasising on the unilateral interests into emphasising on win-win situation,holds that the core question of achieving win-win situation is:under the justice guidance of the government,taking into account the sustainable livelihoods of the villagers consider the floating population living benefits,and maximize the benefits of multi-party to share.In transforming the tactics,to solve this core problem,combines two elements of the economic interests and strategic breakthrough,put forward relavent reconstruction measures.Perfect removal mechanism and adjust the social security system in order to protect the sustainable livelihoods of villagers,and increase low-rent apartment building to solve the problem of floating population,attract strong,credible developers involved in transformation of village in the city,and plan optimization scheme to ensure the continued profit growth of multi-stakeholder.Improve respects such as the guidance mechanism,etc. to explore in relevant supporting government policies.
