Active duty service structure in the long process of more or less will have a variety of injuries, the seismic performance of injuries is more important practical significance. Hysteretic behavior of components and resilience model of seismic design and analysis is based, is an important parameter for seismic behavior. So this paper, the hysteretic behavior of the damaged member and resilience model to do some research. Summarize the foreign scholars on the issue of durability of reinforced concrete structures and seismic performance of existing reinforced concrete structures based on the carbonation of concrete cover to consider, the mechanical properties of corroded steel, corroded steel bars and concrete bond-slip relationship, the finite element software ANSYS nonlinear finite element analysis. Mainly to the following aspects of research and exploration:(1) According to the experimental research data, discusses the carbonation of concrete and corrosion of steel mechanical properties, the degree of the different damage cases, the carbonation of concrete and corrosion of steel in the low-cycle repeated loads, and corroded steel bars and constitutive Bond-slip relationship between concrete.(2) In determining the finite element model of reinforced concrete, based on detailed ANSYS simulation used in this paper, the structure of the steel reinforced concrete unit LINK8, concrete unit SOLID65, connection spring element COMBIN39, and their properties analyzed.(3) to establish different damages reinforced concrete beam finite element model, applied monotonic loading, a nonlinear finite element analysis to determine the yield load; impose low cyclic loading, the hysteretic curves obtained beam. Comparison of theoretical calculations of different damages hysteresis curve, sum damage component of the P-â–³variation of hysteresis curve and the energy performance comparison.(4) have introduced a variety of restoring force model, according to theoretical calculations to determine the degree of damage of reinforced concrete three-linear restoring force model of the skeleton curve and the unloading and loading curves in all the key parameters and, based on injury component variation of the restoring force model obtained restoring force model of the damaged member.
