The mistuning can lead to the vibration localization of blade disks, even result in the high cyclic fatigue failure. Due to the insufficient of research on vibration localization of mistuning bladed disk, vibration localization of bladed disks with mistuning non-linear friction is systematically studied aimed at one of the difficulty problems in research on vibration localization of mistuning bladed disks.With regard to the problem that the model of blade disks is simple in existing studies, which may cause a lot of important dynamical information missing and the gaps between the theory and practice, the mechanical model closer to the actual is established to analyze the vibration characteristics of bladed disks with mistuning non-linear friction more accurately.Aiming at the established the mechanical model of bladed disks with mistuning non-linear friction, formula and solving steps of incremental harmonic balance method (IHB method) has been derived to solve the N-dimensional vibration equations of mistuned bladed disks. Then an effective method has been presented by combining the IHB method with numerical continuation method, which can effectively track the amplitude frequency response curve of strongly non-linear system.Bladed disks with non-linear friction, including tuning system and bladed disks with mistuning non-linear friction of a single blade, are studied in this paper. And then, a simulation analysis is carried out to study the influence of systematical parameters like mistuning strength, coupling stiffness, viscous damping ratio and friction strength on forced response of bladed disks under the circumstance of random mistuning of dry friction.The outcomes of this dissertation improve the fundamental theories of the vibration localization of the mistuned bladed disk to some extent. They can be a support for the designer to design the blade disks exactly, and develop high-performance gas turbines and aeronautical engines.
